Whispering Creek Golf Club was opened with a natural prairie look including vast areas of natural brome grass, rolling bent grass greens, challenging sod-faced bunkers and natural areas unlike other golf courses in the area. Whispering Creek has numerous area tournaments, member events, corporate outings and PGA Section events. The course has five sets of tees that can vary the yardage from 5116 to 7113 yards.
