Managers
Managers help your practices run smoothly. They serve as ball persons, passers, get water and help keep track of time and stats.
Stats Crew
For the games, you might be responsible for the statistics. Some schools have there own, mainly in college, but there maybe some information you want to keep as a staff. This maybe point in the paint, a certain player's performance, scoring runs.
Video
A good videographer is a must to a team. Nothing worse that watching a video filmed handheld, with the picture making you seasick! Train your person how you want the shot to look. HS may need the tapes for college recruiters and most teams these days use a film exchange with you opponents. A good quality tape is a must. Tips on filming.
Support
Training staff for your player's aches and pains aids your team's success. Other staff includes ticket takers, janitors, laundry, and game management. Take care of your people and make them part of the team.
